How to be a Hall-of-Fame Spectator at 1Swing Events

The players bring the hustle, but the fans bring the thunder! Felix wants our sidelines to be the most energetic, supportive, and classiest in the league. Here is your scouting report on how to be a top-tier fan:

1. Bring the "Bird’s Eye" Perspective

Softball is a game of inches and split-second plays. From the stands, things might look different than they do from the dirt. Trust the umpires, respect the coaches, and stay positive. Felix says: "Keep your eyes on the effort, not just the scoreboard!"

2. The Thumbs-Up Rule

In the "Felix Fan Section," we cheer for everyone. A great play by the opposing team is still a great play. Lead with a "thumbs up" and show the players what true sportsmanship looks like.

3. Chirp for Your Team, Not the Others

There’s a difference between "Hype" and "Harassment." Let’s keep our cheers focused on lifting our athletes up.

Do: Catchy chants, clapping, and "Way to go!"
Don't: Distracting the pitcher or negative comments toward the other dugout.

4. Protect the Nest (Keep it Clean)

We’re guests at these beautiful parks! Make sure to bag your trash and leave the bleachers better than you found them. Felix likes a clean flight path and a clean ballpark.

5. Be the "Tenth Player"

Your energy is contagious! When the team is down, that’s when they need your "1 Swing" spirit the most. A loud, supportive crowd can turn the momentum of any game.

6. Remember the "Why"

At the end of the day, we’re here to watch these athletes grow, compete, and have fun. Win or lose, make sure the first thing they hear when they walk off the field is: "I loved watching you play today!"
